I would like to offer this simple web site as a source of light and inspiration to all people who wish to create a brighter way of life for themselves, their families and friends, and all living things.

Whenever you feel worried or confused, and you want to turn your thoughts in a more positive direction, try this method:

To begin with, exhale slowly and relax your breathing as much as you can.

Next, inhale thinking: I am one with the universe.

Exhale thinking: I am one with all living things.

Do this as many times as you wish. When you are ready, you can try the full method:
Inhale thinking: I am one with the universe.

Pause and think: Think something wonderful!

Exhale thinking: I am one with all living things.

For more details, read my book Think Something Wonderful: Exercises in Positive Thinking, available from Amazon.com in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew.

This website also contains a list of all my books in English, with links for ordering. And coming soon, I will be offering an international reading room, featuring articles in a variety of languages that have not yet been published in books.

If you can refuse negative words, the positive energy in yourself won't be lost. Again, if you accept words that create happiness, the positive energy within yourself will increase more and more. The wonderful words that you give to others have two or three times more power than the energy that you receive from others. This is the law of the universe; this is truth. Therefore, give all that is within you.
